Tbow was gotten in a trio cox raid in name of Purple Maybe. All went to GE to split, Purple Maybe paid out first split of 350m to LynXxCod and then 350m to who he thought was ssj2 yash however it was someone with a faked rsn (ss2j yash) who he traded and gave the 350m. Purple Maybe claims it is an honest mistake however does not intend to pay a split to the victim ssj2 yash as it would be coming out of his own money, it is on him though as it is his job to verify all RSNs. Furthermore, the price of a tbow is currently 1180m thus he also skimmed the split and owes LynXxCod 36m along with the 386m he owes to ss2j yash, he decided that he will just pay through runewatch at some point in the future and hold on to the money he has now.
