Story:

Around the month of July 2019, I lent Pooch Meat (now known as Spoon Tycoon), about 1.5b worth of items to "rebuild". We would ToB, CoX, Nightmare, and do duo 416 to help him gain gp. I was kind enough to lend all of this with 0 collat, but still took screenshots. After awhile, I asked if I could get my GP back, and I got completely ghosted as shown in the screenshots. I got ghosted for a whole month, searching for Pooch Meat and finally got a hold of him. He ended up RWT'd my gold for USD. I gave him 6 months (up until today) to pay back the full amount. He would always give hope and say he would pay it back, but would always have an excuse like (losing his job, and staking). The last straw is when he took 70M and turned it into an alleged 2.4B gp. I asked him to repay me and the debt would be clear, but all I got were excuses. After long overdue, I decided it was time Pooch Meat (Spoon Tycoon) got a runewatch case, so that he can never PvM with anyone ever again, as deserved.
