Not Splitting
Story:
Three members of PVM CC Overload (Arga, Chintan and Jack DanieIs) recruited two externals to complete Nightmare's speed trials. Once we finished our first kill, I Arga asked if people wanted to split in case anything happened, to which the scammer iX6 was the first to reply saying yes. Eventually, everyone agreed to split except for our 5th team member, Da T Virus, who said he'd rather ffa and as such we confirmed the following: 4 man split, Virus goes ffa. Basically, the scammer tried taking advantage of not confirming he'd do 4 man split, only 5 man. This can be understood from his words in the evidence submitted. You can tell he was going to decide whether he was splitting or ffaing in regard to whom the drop went to. Sadly, no pictures of the agreement were taken in time, but the evidence clearly states what occurred prior to the events and even iX6 himself admits that splitting was mentioned and that he agreed to it - he simply "did not want to split 4 man". He should have confirmed this, if it were true, the moment we said we would split 4 ways. Even Da T Virus agrees with the situation, and is willing to comply as a witness alongside Chintan and Jack DanieIs... it is a very simple matter - people group to PVM and those who agree to split, split between them. This guy thought he'd be clever in getting away with not splitting because teams are either "all split or none, not half"... ridiculous. We have not been able to find the clan he belongs to.
