Stealing Borrowed Items

I (Slimyyy) had just lent Lord Spooby a Scythe of Vitur and one day later he returned the borrowed item. Then the next day he asks me if he can borrow scythe + some extra gp for gear, so I (Slimyyy) lend him a scythe of vitur + 500m gp to use for rebuilding. I lent Lord Spooby the gear and gp on 09/18/2020 and then asked for the gear to be returned on 09/21/2020, but didn't receive a response from him until 09/23/2020 where he tried to lie to me and say he had gotten hacked for the gear. Eventually me and a couple other friends of his were able to get him to admit that he had staked my scythe + 500m. I had decided to give Spooby two weeks to earn back the lost gear/wealth to pay me back but he has failed to compensate for any of the lost gp at this time as well as not being very active on the game trying to make the gp back.
