Stealing Borrowed Items

I am part of the True GWD CC, I asked the CC if anyone has a shadow I could loan with a collat. Alpha Prim8 *edit: double name changed to ASTRO BOYY then MEGA WATT* , a ranked member of CC asked what the collat was. I told him it was a tbow and he was happy to loan his shadow. When I was done with the shadow, he began asking if I would ever let him borrow my tbow so he can have shadow and tbow to do better in TOA. I said maybe one day. When I proceeded to ask for my tbow back he continued asking to hold on to it and practically begging to use it for a raid (when the duration of loan was already mentioned to be for 1 solo armadyl trip). I eventually went to meet him at TOA, where he apparently had a team waiting for him. He continued to ask to use my tbow for a raid and then said "sec" and logged. However I noticed he had just turned private off or removed me as a friend because he was still in the CC for a few moments after. I have not heard from him since and neither has the CC.
