Not Splitting

This incident occurred the night of August 11th 2018. JayySprite (otf sprite/Parano1aa) was advertising on the We Do Raids 2 discord looking for others to raids with. I (Gn0cchi) joined first, and JayySprite initially asked me if I wanted to split in a free for all, because it was taking a while to find teammates. I reply in the discord “id rather 4 man split but idrc”. This led to us find two others from WDR, through the lfr tier 4 channel. Jayy asked those who applied to the board if they were part of WDR, to which both “Y0ur account” and “Ashtdp” confirmed. We had then potted and started the raid without mention of splits. It is common rule and knowledge that splitting is part of WDR rules (by default), and the party cannot do free for alls UNLESS explicit evidence shows that Jayy asked each individual, and to which we’d all have to consent to. Had this been the case, I personally would not have raided with him (keep in mind, we were suppose to duo ffa split in the first place before finding others, so we had planned to split from the getgo). We finish the raid, Jayy gets a Scythe of Vitur, we spend approximately two minutes discussing how much we should selling for it, and he leaves the voice chat after Gn0cchi and Ash mention that we could purchase it off him. He had no one added, deleted all his messages in the WDR2 LFR T4 channel, and had blocked me (Gn0cchi) on discord after asking where he went. Him and Ash continue to talk, and Jayy feels like he’s being framed, claiming he was FFA the whole time.
