Not Splitting

I used the friends chat "The Kodai" which is used to find teams of people who want to kill Nex but split all uniques. Before the trip begins we make sure that all members of our team (because we are strangers to each other) confirm that they are willing to split and we screenshot this as a precaution incase someone goes back on their word, which rarely happens.

Myself and 4 other players (5 in total) grouped up and confirmed that we were willing to split and then went into kill the Nex, during one of our kills a member of our team got a unique drop which was a Torva Platebody... after the trip ended we went to the Nex bank and waited for him to return as he teleported away, we assumed he was going to sell the item and return to split the gold with the rest of us. After about 5 minutes I looked into the friends chat because he seemed to be taking a long time and noticed he had left the friends chat, we waited a little longer and realised he wasn't coming back and that is when we contacted the Admins in the "The Kodai" Discord server and begun making a RuneWatch case.

You can see from one of the images one of our team managed to spot him in the Grand Exchange on a different world to where we were waiting for him.

You can see in the screenshot of us confirming that there are 6 people who confirmed but only 5 mentioned in this ticket. The player named "Carpets" confirmed but didn't realise we already had 5 people so he never joined us on our trip, but the other 5 players in the screenshots and as listed on this ticket were all there and can / have testifed that Stl Savage scammed us.
