Stealing Borrowed Items

(Backstory) Mugged and i have been in the same clan/discord for 5-6 months prior to this. On Nov 6th 2024 Mugged asked if anybody in the discord would borrow him a Soulreaper axe to use on Vardovis, i offered to borrow him mine. On Nov 7th Mugged reached out to me on discord confirming that he was still using the axe and told me to let him know when i needed it back, i told him no worries and i wasn't in a hurry. On Nov 14th one the clan/discord leaders told me that he had left the clan, i messaged him that same day to confirm this and to make sure he wasnt running away. He responded to me and said he was just running with a different group that did more raids content. On Nov 18th i messaged him on discord asking for my axe back and i got no response, i continued to message him on Nov 20th and Nov 23rd. He did respond to me on the 23rd saying that he was in thailand for 2 weeks and he wouldnt be online until then, after some digging we found that he was still gaining vardorvis kc even though he "wasnt online". Against my own judgement i let him ride out the next 2 weeks and today Dec 2nd we finally saw him appear online. I had my private turned off so he couldn't see me, as i revealed myself by turning on my private he instantly "logged off" and after further investigation we found that he had deleted me and some other clannies from his friends list, we confirmed this by jumping into his friends chat.
