Stealing Borrowed Items

This guy was in my clan for multiple years have lent him things in the past with no issues. He asked to borrow my Tumeken's Shadow to do kree while I was away on business. He then took my shadow and a few days later tried to anti-lure with it. Chances are it was a RWT but I cannot confirm nor deny it. I told him to start making payments (GP not money) because he said it was a stupid mistake. He made zero effort to pay it back and then disappeared after only giving me earnings from a clan event of 90m + another 75m. I obviously do not condone him buying GP to pay me back, but that was not my business. I just wanted my gear back. I tried to be kind and let him take his time to pay me back and was not. He has a lot of alts that I can provide as well if that pertains to keeping others safe.
