Stealing Borrowed Items

My close friend of a few years asked for a tbow loan for zulrah. I thought nothing of it, and loaned it to him. Thirty minutes later, I see him log out, and then log back in with a new name. This happens 3 times. Last thing I said to him before he blocked me on discord was "yoinks mcgee?" because it was the first name he changed to from "NeroDraka" He spent the next hour blocking the rest of the clan as they messaged him about it. I'm including screenshots from a bingo a few months back, both in the discord, and then opened so you can read them. If I'm missing anything, please let me know. This is my first time using runewatch. I also have screenshots from the only person he actually replied to instead of blocking, of him admitting to it on discord. I wasn't sent them with the fullscreen, but I can get them if you need it. This kid is not a grinder, so his stats haven't changed much since the bingo.
