this account is not anymore on its owner that this incident has happened (if it has happened), because my friend got this account from his friend about a month ago. he said that the original owner doesn't play rs anymore and he got this account from him. was just wondering that when i googled this accounts name a while ago and found this post from it. just saying that it is not really up to date post anymore. - ossi
We wont remove the case just cause there happens to be a new "owner" of the account, since we cant verify who actually was playing the account at the time of abuse. For all of our cases we hold the account eligible, only way to get the case removed is to pay what is owed to the victim. - Cepp
you could have just recorded accounts progress in crystal math labs.. you would see that the account was abandoned after the case since it has no progress made at all after the incident. should be quite obvious choice in my opinion if there is no proof that the current player is not the same as it used to be. - Ossi
Just because an account did not gain exp in the time after a case is published does not mean its played by a different player. I could log out for 3 months, gain no progress then log back in and claim to be another player. That doesn't mean i'm telling the truth. The only obvious choice here is to leave the account listed until the stolen wealth is returned. We can then re-imburse the victim fully and consider this case resolved. Until such time it will remain open. - Nibss
