Pengwim is currently the main of a streamer (MansaArthur) on Twitch and twitter.
Mansa hosts giveaways and bounties (achieve X and get Y prize). One of the bounties he did was doubling people's raids rewards. So members of the discord would do raids, get a drop, alert the discord, have someone from the staff verify it, and then get paid out for it.
One of the most recent bounties was doubling raids rewards up and it pulled from 1 bill gp pot. He gave his mod, Sun Stone (aka Foxes R Cute#1111), 333m gp to use for paying out people on his behalf since he was busy.
Foxes R Cute (rsn: Sun Stone) staked the gp, lost it, and then ultimately refused to pay it back.
