Stealing Borrowed Items

Clan member borrowed full Masori armour set (f) from my other clan member, and he ended up leaving our discord, clan in game, and blocked all of us in game and on discord. He also stole 50m in GP from a friend of the clan at the same time. He had previously tried returning this borrowed Masori armour set (f) the first time it was lent to him but replaced it with MASORI ARMOUR SET unfortified. This was discussed as great length when it occurred, and the problem was resolved then. The second time (this instance), he disappeared with the set and the aforementioned occurred. I've attached screenshots of him showing his original discord name, lookforheart, and screenshots verifying that his discord new name is runeflation and it is associated with his osrs account being accused, 07 Zombie, changed from rsn lookforheart. It also verifies he is in my clan's discord server as well as a member of my clan, Gothix.
