Stealing Borrowed Items

My main is an iron 'Zillya', however the account I used to lend to the accused (hans zimmerr) was 'Dr Nick G'. Hans zimmerr was a friend who I used to do a lot of raids and nex when it first came out. We were doing tobs (me on my iron) and I lent him scythe from my alt (Dr Nick G) so that we could do the raids quicker and just make the whole raid pleasant (a lot of his money was tied up in nex items at the time). We did some raids and as I was getting off for the night and he asked if he could continue using with some others which i said was fine and to keep hold and I'll let him know when i want it back. I was in no rush to get back at the time as it was an alt and I wasn't using it.









Couple weeks later messaged and he was like yeah no problem will sort it out. Left it longer and kept asking and he admitted that he "gged" it and offered to paypal me money.. I said I didn't want this I just wanted my scythe back (was worried that if he sent me money it would just be RWT with extra steps).
