Can verify, Panda (the person who was using the "40 min raid" acc was a member of Vox PVM and left following this incident. We do not condone scamming at Vox PVM and will vouch that tflac (the owner of "40 min raid") allowed Panda to use the account to do raids and rebuild. Panda was a good friend of mine.
