Stealing Borrowed Items

On March 4th, 2026 I loaned a twisted bow to runescape user "dexterLty" and in exchange he provided me collateral consisting of cash, 3rd age wand, and some other items. He is a bulk collector/reseller, and I've dealt with him many times in the past when purchasing things for my own collections. He mentioned being short to buy a Tbow of his own, but didn't want to sell certain collections to buy one. I offered to loan to him if he could provide around the same value in collateral to which he agreed. It was very clearly agreed upon that he would trade the tbow back in exchange for the exact items gp regardless of where the price went on the items.

Two days later, I ask him for the tbow back. He doesn't reply for around 8 hours, and then tells me he "didn't see it, and doesn't check discord often" and then says he will be back online soon to return it. I wait several more hours, asking to meet him. He mostly ignores me, or gives me the runaround to try to delay further. Finally, I ask him why he is avoiding me, because I've seen him gain XP in game during the time he had not replied. He Immediately blocked me from discord after this. I sold all of the items that I could into GE for insta sell price, and ended up with around 1.1M gold. Tbow was worth roughly 1.63 when we made the trade, and on this day had risen to nearly 1.65

Two collections I attempted to sell even for 1gp each on the grand exchange and they wouldn't sell. (200k blood pints and 600k ropes) So I'm stuck with these items. As of now, the total loss I believe is to be 500m+ , but I understand this could be debated. Regardless, he has lied and deceived in an attempt to gain gold and should be on runewatch.
