Events occurred in may of this year (2023), a RW case was drafted by Clan leadership but victim asked to remove this due to a long standing friendship and the promise of repayment.
41Planks (40Planks at the time) accepted a loan of a Twisted Bow from Lefsemannen, documented in our clan discords collat channel, with the promise of return.
The accused claims that whilst holding Lefsemannen's Twisted Bow, he lost access to his OSRS account. The account had all wealth removed from it during the period in which access was lost.
41Planks agreed to repay Lefsemannen over time, resulting in the delay with raising the RuneWatch case.
