Story:
Nati had been in the clan for a long time, staff for quite a while as well. He was hosting a Corp event and I lent him(without collateral), 10 Zammy spears to collat to members coming to his Corp event. There was a miscalculation of splits in which he forfeited his own split to correct. A couple of rowdy people in the chat were giving him a hard time about missing splits for people who were just late for the kill but still there and he started kicking them. Later on, he wanted us to reprimand them by banning them which is against protocols. He disagreed and said he was leaving inf because of it.
