We were hitting up the Nightmare of Ashihama and he was going to tank so I lent him Torva Platebody, Torva Platelegs, and the Elysian Spirit Shield to use. After three kills, he 'ran out of supplies' and teleported out. After I finished the kill I noticed he left our clan, was logged out and left the clan server. Since then no one has heard from him and attempts to contact him through discord and other means have been useless.
