Stealing Borrowed Items

Jelly_Baby1 (now changed to SHQIPE EAGLE after blocking me on discord) had originally joined our clan a few days prior and had asked for an AGS lend for PKing as to not have to uncharge their BOWFA to sell. After some time they had claimed to have run out of membership, of which I offered a bond if they could pay me back at their earliest convenience for it and they accepted. Eventually we began talking on discord and they had let me know they're currently going through a rough spot with a broken foot and are currently out of work with nothing to do but play Runescape. They had mentioned they'd like to camp Nex and planned to spend a lot of their money on bonds to buy some proper gear despite their financial situation as they had nothing else to do, being sympathetic I offered to lend some BIS gear to ease their financial burden of which they accepted and took to Nex. Later on they had asked if I could lend a scythe as it was their dream to use one. They use the scythe for a bit and when its time to return it they claim they're having issues with the client and logging in on mobile. Fast forward to the next day I do not hear from them for quite some time, until they tell me they're currently having a panic attack due to a bet they had made at work, and asked me to lend full Torva. I agreed, only under the condition that they return the scythe and elysian due to the loan value now piling up, they then claim the items were stolen by a coworker when they left themselves logged in on an iPad at work, and they needed to show full torva to get my items back. I declined, they then proceeded to pressure me offering real money for it of which I also declined as that is real world trading.
