Stealing Borrowed Items

Harmless (victim) and Nate (accused) are both part of the same clan, of which I am a leader. I run it along with a co-lead who was informed of the event a week before I was. Harmless's reason for this was because he wanted to give Nate a week, to see if he changed his mind and traded the item back.

After a week of Nate being radio silent in all means of communication (discord, osrs, etc.) he wanted me to report it as he's unable to do it on mobile.

The two have been playing together for a few months. then one day Nate asks if he can loan the elysian spirit shield for a nex-session, and just when Harmless then asked for reassurance that Nate would give it back, Nate responded "hell naw, l0l", harmless asked if he was serious ("fr") and Nate then said "ofc".

Ever since that exchange, Nate has been entirely unreachable, no one in the clan or in his friends-circles have seen him online, and we can't get a hold of him through discord.

Trade happened on friday, September 29th (10.01am), and Harmless asked for it back on sunday.
