Story:
Clan member joined and was new. I loaned them a ZCB/Elder Maul/Inq Top+Bottom for Maggot King. The person waited to leave the clan for almost 24 hours and double name-changed after I logged out. The person blocked me on discord and left the clan silently.
RW staff note: This guy already had a RW report that he paid back last year, and I've confirmed on RW tracking that this is the same guy, even with all the name changes. This means that with this report he's now permanently listed. I did DM him to try to resolve this, and he replied but then blocked me.
Edit: the accused just made a ticket saying the trade was never accepted. Then we found a pic taken automatically by the RW plugin which only takes images of accepted trades. This case will be permanently listed.
