Stealing Borrowed Items

Loaned friend 200M in GP on 10/14/2020 (American dated) He was meant to give it back 10 - 14 days after I loaned it to him but didn't. Couldn't see XP gains on his account and was still his friend on discord and on rs so assumed he got sick so didn't report it sooner, I was thinking something came up.. and he would get it back to me, yesterday I realized he had blocked me on discord. It's now crystal clear that he scammed me. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt before reporting him to Rune Watch, as I wanted to believe he was honest, and assumed his health issues had gotten worse and he was in hospital. but it's clear to me that he played the long game to scam me. I don't think I will see my money again but don't want other people to fall victim to his scamming. Was meant to return 10 - 14 days after loan, or when I asked for it back. So the latest should of been 10/29/2020
