Not Splitting

ran a duo cox with clan mate ive ran with for over a year. he states "FFA unless youll allow me to do payment installments" which we did this when we duo pulled a shadow for his account as well. Finna Fe pulls tbow and then after we sit on discord call for 45-1hr discussing the current price when pulled, how much the split owed is, and what he can currently pay right now to begin paying down the owed as "good faith" about 9 hours later Finna Fe messages me (kool story) saying he doesnt wanna be in debt 700m+ and doesnt wanna split. i then tell him no pressure no sweat just pay back when you can when you can, i know your good for it. (again we did installment payments when we duo pulled a shadow for his account). Finna Fe is then talked to by admins in the clan explaining content in clan is auto set to split be default, which we are aware of and had no issue bc again he pulled a shadow on his account and i told him to keep it and just pay installments when and what he can till it was paid off. Finna Fe then messages me (kool story) on discord to tell me its not fair he has to split and be 700m+ in debt even after we discussed amount and after Finna Fe already began paying on the owed amount in "good faith" only paid 63m at this point. He then tells me to get on that he has another 150m he can give me, then again Finna Fe changes his mind and says he isnt splitting and ends our conversation with "GG" then left clan, left discord , and blocked me on discord. 676,173,624 is the still owed amount after the initial 63m was paid in " good faith" by finna fe to kool story




Finna Fe states in discord "kool will get his split" and multiple posts by him stating "installments so dont come for my head, kool will get his split"




Finna Fe began paying off the debt from his alt accounts "FinnaBridge" and "Jrooler1"


In the screenshots there are multiple messages from Finna Fe (jrooler) himself explaing ill get my split or that well work out a deal with numbers then turns his on the whole situation while stating that "its not fair for my to turn back on my word"


Plus message of Finna Fe telling me how much he can give me at the moment or asking me to get on bc he has "x" amount he can give me toward the debt.
