Stealing Borrowed Items

Found "Fiat Notes" in a WDR run at chambers and invited him down the megascale pipeline.
Ran tons of megascales after loaning Shadow to run head and an elysian to learn while he would mage skip.
also has a kodai and 150m gp of mine.
Got Fiat to join a couple megascale discords as I was not able to always able to post up when Fiat wanted to raid.
Fiat eventually came to find out hes deadweight as he was being benched from teams over other mage skippers.
Knowing his options were running dry down this megascale pipeline Fiat kept asking me to sending raids while boosting his alts for mystic chinning xp.
I decline knowing Im not trying to run these raids to which Fiat responds by saying okay all good and subsequently going ghost.
Started spamming Fiats inbox in-game and in discord with no reply for 2 days aside from "Im out of town" and "I dont talk on mobile I was chopping wood"
Couple days go by and finally a chat with Fiat and his response is adamant that he's still "on mobile" and still "out of town" but also that he claims I told him he could sell my items to run HMT.
I tell him this is false and from the beginning I loaned him these items (Shadow, elysian, kodai, 150m gp) under the pretense that I can ask for these items back no questions asked, conditions to which he agreed to.
Every time I've asked for these items back Fiat has given excuses like needing the elysian to run inferno, etc.
and now that I have continued nagging Fiat for these items back he has been dry as ever in terms of replying
He is still operating under the guise that he's just chopping logs on mobile and is out of town, a poor alibi considering I'm able to find him online on multiple accounts at a time through his party using the party plugin and his signature partycode "notes"
