Stealing Borrowed Items

Few weeks ago he loaned me 150m so that i could go ahead and do a shadow rebuild, and in exchange for that loan we agreed he could have access to the shadow pretty much whenever. As my clan mates have loaned him multiple billions of gp in the past it didn't seem like a big deal until tonight he did the unthinkable and after i left the shadow with him before getting offline, i noticed that him and his brother had abruptly left the clan discord. This is extremely out of character as he was a co-owner of this clan. And so the other co owners tried to contact him only to realize he has blocked everyone's phone numbers, and discords, including mine. Shortly before he departed with my shadow i had paid him some on the 150m debt, and we came to the conclusion that my debt to him stands at 95m. Then i let him get the shadow and logged. then he dipped.
