Not Splitting

We are all apart of a New Zealand PVM/Chill Clan called Kiwi Icons. Ever since cox came out, it's always been known that everyone splits unless otherwise stated. When alot of the Clan came around to making ironmen, the rule still stood as 80% of our iron men have wealthy mains and enjoy splitting as you still get something out of seeing someone else get a purple. TarLk was apart of our clan/facebook/discord since 2016-2017, and was friends with a number of the higher ranked members of our clan. He didn't raid with us a whole lot prior to the scam, but had definitely raided with us before, including him receiving splits. Whilst in discord we mentioned that we all split, but he questioned it as we're all ironmen, but we told him we've all got mains with GP to split all and he said 'sweet as'. As soon as we got into the chest room and he saw he had a purple, he said nothing. Even after pulling a Tumekens Shadow he still had no reaction, we all started to think this was sus and asked him to meet us at g.e for our split. The moment he tele'd to the G.E he left the discord chat and logged out (hopped worlds). He argued in-game chat that he said he was FFA, and tried to play it cool as if we were going to let him stay in the clan. After 10-15 minutes of begging and pleading, he strutted around the G.E with his newly bought Tbow (had bowfa during the raid) while spamming :P smileys. He has since been joining our CC (we haven't had a chance to add to the clan leaders ignore list as he is away) and tormenting us, jokingly saying he's going to split. He has since started streaming on Twitch under TinyTarik trying to get people to do learner TOA's with him, as he no longer has anybody to raid with. (His name has been spread around majority of known Aus/NZ clans) I have his 2 accounts (TarLk, ALT Tarik) on my ignore list to check for name changes. I understand that another victim in Mata-au has also sent a case report in but I was worried he didn't do everything that's asked. I know we don't have proof of us asking split/ffa in game, but that's not something that we ever had to do among our clan. Hopefully this can be resolved before his 'Learner TOA's' turn into the same situation. Cheers.
