Stealing Borrowed Items

Items were loaned to the user on the terms that once I asked for them back or when I came back to the game, I would receive them back. A few months pass, and I end up having a falling out with someone closely associated with this individual. I tried to message this individual back to check up on them, and I realized that I was blocked by them and had no way of contacting them otherwise. This user also has an alt account named "Sam The Boyy" that they play on occasionally to pure pk.
