The team found each other in the FFA LFR channel in We Do Raids, and then joined a split voice channel later. They did oral split agreements, which no proof exists for. When talking to the victims, one user, "Nookify" claims he was FFA and is owed no split. Meowmeow IRL agreed to split 50/50 with Dreadn0th.
In this case, we are using conversation with dreadn0th has proof of split agreement. He both traded and declined the trade, and said he did in fact intend to split. They were also in a split voicechat. Dreadn0th claims he did trade the GP, but the trade was declined.
