Story:
typical scheme: got friends in CC, started chatting and voices in Discrod, after some Safe trades including +600m to his side we took trade my Elysian + Kodai wand for his 175m as a deposit (so only Elysian lost).
after the trade strange things started based on his story: "he got trade scammed in GE from scam bots for 2b (shadow, my ely and something else)", then got drunk and shared his account details with his other "friend" and he "scammed other 2.2b from his bank". After these stories in the following days he continued texting me that he will get my items back, but stories changed indicating that he is trying to prolong my waiting time and never mentioning that he stole the items, - just he will get back them to me, but reasons why not now were getting stranger and response times were getting longer and longer. I need to mention that all conversations hapend in native Lithuanian, he never admits that he scammed me but neither admits that he will return my items, unfortunately I do not have evidance of trade screenshot, but ther'es a'lot of of conversations between me and him (in Lithuanian) where I'm asking him to return items, but he continues talking but never admits of scam. What you should notice: he doesn't say that he not stole, he wears good gear of 100m but rejects to give something as a partial pay back, not innocent person should defend himself - in this case he just avoids confrontation. I think you had many cases like this and you could guide me what evidences I could provide. Also he never provided any screenshots in DC where it would be possible to link his account to DC - Only that I posted a warning in our FB group he provided me a screnshot of that post with some comments and context of conversation it would be possible to see the connection. THIS IS SECOND TIME I REPORT this issue and i got new evidence: he tried to scam one community member and he contacted me, I have screen recordings where he in his DC treams with Nerd Sick account, there is screens where he talks in DC about my ELY, also thers screens from my DC where he talks about how he tries “return” my items. Also there is screens where he chats with my osrs account as proof that we were friends in game I think there is enought evidences to link his osrs acc to DC and to use DC conversation as evidence that he got my items
