Stealing Borrowed Items

Loaned him 2.5b roughly 2 years ago. I told him that I didn't need the money at the time but will eventually want it back at some point. Back in November, I notified him that I'll be needing the money back in about a month. He kept saying that he needs more time and gave me incremental "updates" on his progress on paying me back. 1 month became 2, then 3, then 4..5. After 6 months. I asked for the money back once again and he said he had 50m to pay me right now and can do "installments" and claimed that I agreed to this "deal". I get upset and demanded that he sold all the gear it used the 2.5b to purchase and pay me back in full. He refuses and proceeded to block me. I gave him a week to unblock me and talk to me but he still has me blocked.

















I unfortunately don't have the original screenshot of the 2.5b GP trade but I do have records of loaning him gear throughout the year (these are not stolen. Just the 2.5b GP).








I can provide whatever else that is needed and I can screencap our conversation further up if needed. I grabbed what's most relevant to the report for now.
