Not Splitting

VitamineMe, Bigsaddonut, andrade149, and covertz joined a we do raids post at 5:13 PM (local time to Help Me RNG). They were in voicechat at the time in a We Do Raids voicechat channel. While mid-raid, 14 minutes later, at 5:27 PM, the scammer tripper126 (now Tbow Whipped) joined the voicechat channel. The four scammed players stated that he said he will scout for a raid while they complete that one and they will send a five-man.
The four players got a Dex scroll and split it, and then joined Tbow Whipped's CC in-game. Tbow Whipped was in the voicechat at the time of the split purple and had to wait for them to split before they raided. Tbow Whipped pulled a Twisted Bow and then proceeded to instantly leave WDR and all other OSRS discords, name changed in-game seven times (including to "st0lenlo0t" and "tbow whipped"), and scammed the item.
It is important to note that all players were in voicechat at the time when the Dex scroll was split. We Do Raids rules indicate that "by default drops are split if the value is worth over 1m+ to each person."
