Story:
Frank Cali (accused) borrowed Twisted Bow from Hank Hill17. He attempted to borrow Twisted Bow and Zaryte Crossbow from multiple other clan members between 24 September 2022 and 25 September 2022.
Frank only reached out for borrowed items in private messages; he did not advertise requesting to borrow in the in-game clan chat nor the Discord general chat. (Additional screenshots for strange item requests attached, in addition to evidence for Twisted Bow trade.)
After receiving the items, Frank remained online in-game and in the clan Discord. When the item owners reached out to Frank to have the items returned, Frank left the LTP Discord server and blocked all LTP Staff.
Frank Cali was a Captain Staff rank in LTP.
