Stealing Borrowed Items

CBF training asked to loan out a bludgeon or a rapier to train for slayer during his afk time. I asked him for collateral against the loan but he said he is too poor for that. So i loaned him a bludgeon because he was part of the clan i guest in and have friends in. I have screenshot of the trade and screenshots of me posting the loan in the clan discord for proof. The accused then leaves clan



On the next day 18th septmeber. the accused logged back on in game. i asked him to return the item which was loaned and he said he will in 10 minutes since he was out pk'ing. he then proceeded to say he would give me 2 million gp on top for loaning the item to him. so i asked him to meet me in GE to give it back. then he logged off and never replied. chat screenshots are attached.
