Stealing Borrowed Items

On the 13th or October LXIX messaged me asking to borrow my Tbow for a Jad task, since he was a good friend and one of my main raid team mates I trusted him enough to lend him my bow. He then logged out about 10-20 seconds later and didn't come back online for over a week (I know because I was tracking his exp gains on CML from the moment he logged off with my bow.) 2 weeks after I gave him my bow my friend PM'd me saying that LXIX is online (but he wasn't appearing online to me) my friend then messaged LXIX asking for my bow back and shortly after LXIX deleted him too as well as the rest of our friends group (we can tell he's deleted us because of the removal of all of our ranks in his CC.) My friends have sent him snap chats, texted him, called him, messaged through disc and he's ignored everything.
