Stealing Borrowed Items

Despawn was struggling to complete the inferno and asked to loan my twisted bow. I have loaned Despawn items in the past before with no issue, so I offered to loan him my elysian spirit shield, eldritch nightmare staff, and saradomin godsword to make things a bit easier. He streamed his inferno attempts through voice chat on Discord a few times. One night, he died on Zuk, raged about it then logged off. I assumed he had just gotten off for the night. A few days pass by and I haven't heard from him at all. I went to check for him on my friends list and found that he had name changed a few times, ending on "bizzim mow", and placed the "Despawn" name on his ironman. I tried to enter his clan chat and found that I was on his ignore list and could not join.
