Stealing Borrowed Items

IamBinx asked at the time if someone could lend him tormented bracelet for his kraken task in the clan chat and I did.

I was busy with work for a couple weeks so I was not on Runescape that much.

I was trying to get a hold of him, but no response for a while.

I started to take screenshots whenever he would reply or not reply then in order to obtain some evidence.



A month after I loaned him the tormented bracelet, he finally responds to my messages.



He agreed to return it in the messages, but that he was hacked and he needed some time to get the money. We agreed that he would return it in five days. Five days went by and he still didn't return it insisting he needed two more days. Two days after that he had removed me and finished getting his 99 farming which he paid for with my tormented bracelet. I threatened to submit a case against him and he still wouldn't return the bracelet.
