Not Splitting

I created a 3-man team in world 478 to Kill Nex. The team consists of Hydro Ponicz, Margo52, and myself, Rival Red. A few kills in, Hydro Ponicz received a Torva Platebody drop. He immediately goes to the Nex bank and deposits inventory and equipment (we see him ungear). Feeling suspicious, I calculate the split amount, and ask Margo52 if he has the cash to buy out the torva platebody to save a trip to the GE. Margo52 says no, and we all go to the GE. Hydro Ponicz teleports to the GE, interacts with the bank, and logs out, leaving Rival Red and Margo52 standing in the G.E.

Margo52 is quite naive and didn't know anything about any of this. Even less than I did. He did not have the wherewithal to take any screenshots, so I private messaged him to confirm what had happened, and screenshot his corroboration.

Hydro Ponicz Frequents the OSRS NEX FFA friends chat. As of recently, the ffa fc has had issues with connecting. My suspicion is that he could not connect, and just went to The Kodai (Split CC) to get a few kills in. When he recieved the Torva Platebody drop, his reaction: "Wowwww" in the chat, shows his dismay with the fact that NOW he gets a drop, after he had agreed to split, as opposed to any other time. The next day, I found him back in the OSRS NEX FFA friends chat, doing more Nex. My goal with this is to make sure that he cannot remain a part of the community so long as he is of poor character quality, and to see justice done for myself and Margo52.
