Stealing Borrowed Items

I loaned a staff to a trusted clan member, and after loaning the staff, he continued to loan items from other clan mates when I logged off for the night. I got woken up in the middle of the night to go into a group call on our clan discord, and he began to tell me and the leaders he was hacked. Later finding out that he took items from other members AFTER taking my staff, then finding out a couple days later he scammed other people in the past.





I didn't wanna open a ticket so soon, but I don't think I'm ever getting paid back. He keeps giving me false promises saying he is gonna pay me back. then never does. He was also JUST seen at toa lobby in full 3rd age, ely, and a staff. so he has money. He's just refusing to give it back.





He has been at toa lobby for days with maxed gear and I JUST got word from a friend he seen him. I rushed over to toa to find him but he wont respond or give my item back.
