Stealing Borrowed Items

On 08/30/2025, I lent Yalc5111 my Dragon Hunter Lance - we were doing a group Huey event and I was playing on my Iron so at the moment, I had no use for it on the main. It was initially, supposed to be a short term loan; however, it escalated into a long term loan as I was not playing my main. Eventually, Yalc needed a DHCB, so I had told him since he had my item on loan, he could sell it temporarily to get the gear he needed, under the agreement that he would return the DHL to me when I asked. He left the clan approximately three weeks ago, and I have been trying to get the DHL back since. He has the gear to sell and pay back, but doesn't. Multiple times in the past he has said he's "working on it" and PvMing for the money instead of doing the right thing. Most recently, he has just stopped replying all together to my messages.
